Rethinking Kelo

So the Kelo decision, in which the government's ability to use eminent domain was upheld, has sparked quite a backlash. Everyone seems to think that Kelo was in the right and the government was too intrusive. What most people don't realize is that, right from the start, Kelo invoked the Fifth Amendment in all the courts. What are you hiding, Kelo? If you're just an honest homeowner, why do you have to take the 5th?
