Place Names
I like it when people from a place are called something unexpected. People from Glasgow are Glaswegians. People from Liverpool are Liverpudlians. I find it charming.

That is even better than I thought. Wikipedia informs me that "Liverpudlian" stems from Liverpool's derisive nickname "Liverpuddle," which is pretty great.
I believe Gladstone was a Liverpudlian. It is hard to think of him as a Scouser.
